Infinity Fitness & Wellness Center

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and facilities operated by Infinity Fitness & Wellness Center (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, downloading our mobile application, purchasing a membership, or using our facilities or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
 

1. Membership and Eligibility. Memberships are available to individuals age sixteen (16) and older unless otherwise authorized by Infinity Fitness & Wellness Center. All memberships are subject to approval and must be maintained in good standing. Members are responsible for providing accurate and current information during registration and throughout the membership term.
    

2. Use of Facilities. Members and guests must use the facilities and equipment in a safe and responsible manner. Infinity Fitness & Wellness Center reserves the right to refuse service or terminate membership to any individual who engages in unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior. Proper athletic attire and footwear are required at all times. Members must re-rack weights, wipe down equipment after use, and respect shared spaces.
    

3. Conduct and Community Standards. Infinity Fitness & Wellness Center maintains a supportive, non-intimidating, and respectful environment. Harassment, intimidation, aggressive behavior, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. Members are expected to treat staff and other members with respect and courtesy at all times.
    

4. 24-Hour Access. Access to the facility may be provided twenty-four (24) hours per day to authorized members through secure entry systems. Members are responsible for ensuring that their access credentials are not shared. Unauthorized access or allowing non-members into the facility may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
    

5. Classes and Services. Classes, personal training, challenges, and wellness services such as sauna, red light therapy, and tanning may be offered as part of certain membership tiers or as add-on services. Availability, schedules, and inclusions may change at any time. Infinity Fitness & Wellness Center reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without notice.
    

6. Membership Payments and Billing. Memberships and services are managed through a third-party membership platform. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges in accordance with your selected membership plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Infinity Fitness & Wellness Center is not responsible for errors or service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors.
    

7. Cancellations and Modifications. Membership cancellation, freezing, or modification requests must be submitted through the membership platform or in accordance with policies communicated by Infinity Fitness & Wellness Center. Failure to properly cancel may result in continued billing.
    

8. Assumption of Risk. You acknowledge and agree that participation in physical exercise, training, and use of gym facilities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, illness, or death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of Infinity Fitness & Wellness Center’s facilities and services.
    

9. Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Infinity Fitness & Wellness Center, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in activities, use of equipment, or presence on the premises, except where prohibited by law.
    

10. Health Representation. You represent that you are physically capable of participating in fitness activities and have consulted with a physician if necessary. You agree to stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort and seek medical attention if needed.
     

11. Personal Property. Infinity Fitness & Wellness Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Lockers are provided for temporary use only and should not be used for overnight storage.
     

12. Privacy and Data. Use of the website and membership platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with that policy.
     

13. Intellectual Property. All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Infinity Fitness & Wellness Center and may not be used without written permission.
     

14. Termination of Membership. Infinity Fitness & Wellness Center reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership for violation of these Terms or for conduct deemed harmful to the facility, staff, or other members.
     

15. Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles.
     

16. Modifications to Terms. Infinity Fitness & Wellness Center reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this website.
